The inaction of the Bush Administration and Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke in addressing the problem of rapidly expanding inflation in this country and the weak dollar reminds me of what Herbert Hoover told the nation as it descended into the Great Depression of the ’30s: “Prosperity is just around the corner.”

Palestinian jihadists fired rockets at Israel three times last week despite the cease fire promise by Hamas Palestinians. These terrorist attacks prove that Hamas cannot be trusted to keep their word. Iran has been supporting Hamas and Hezbollah because Iran’s leader, Ahmadinejad, wants to wipe Israel off the face of the map.
