Now that the rebate checks are coming out, I think everybody should go out and buy their grandchildren a present since they’re the ones who are going to have to pay for it all.

Letter writer Bruce Terrell (5/6), sees things differently than many others. He proclaims Kansas City is a dirty cowtown and feels the landscaping is subpar. I, on the other hand, have to agree with Ms. McMillan’s assertions (4/22, Letters) that Kansas City is a well-kept city. I have lived in Denver and in Phoenix and must say that Kansas City is prettier.
