        On Nov. 4 Fabrizio Moretti, drummer for the Strokes, released a CD he recorded with his girlfriend, singer-guitarist Binki Shapiro, and singer-guitarist-keyboardist Rodrigo Amarante of Los Hermanos. It&amp;rsquo;s called &amp;ldquo;Little Joy,&amp;rdquo; which also happens to be the name of the band. The band&amp;rsquo;s first tour stops Monday at the Jackpot Music Hall in Lawrence.
