On Sept. 11, 2007 I went to Menorah Medical Center for a knee replacement. I am deaf and have a cochlear implant. During my hospital stay, my implant processor went missing. After I was coherent enough to ask about my missing processor, I was given the runaround. And this is still happening.
In April 2007 I needed three X-rays taken at the Overland Park Regional Medical Center. For some reason these services were billed separately to Medicare. The first two cleared, but the hospital began billing me for $47.16, the amount already paid by Blue Cross Blue Shield.
I recently signed up for an alarm system with Icon Security. The first month, the system worked great. But since June 17, one thing after another has broken.
